Raw Material Selection (IQC):
Each parts is verified by our IQC department, with parts not meeting our standards immediately rejected. Thus reduces the risk of defective or poor-quality products. Right is fabric checking to make sure width and total yards correct, more important to check quality like embroidery patterns and colors and fabric texture.
In-Process Production Quality Control (IPQC):
Our lights proceed various quality testing step by step in production line that comply to quality standards. Only those 100% passed are packed and prepared for shipment. Like Hi-pot test, light on test......
