Customer information
Client offer a photo and some parameters they expected to make, sometimes offer drawings, mostly maybe a concept or a direction.

Discuss with customers
We study all the possibilities then make quotation base on above info, if anything need change or not workable we will discuss with client until both parties agreed.

Material confirmation
After client confirmed price we will make drawing and offer material to confirm.

Customer audit
Client will check and approval our suggestion, they can have more amendments if not satisfied, once finalized all we will start to sampling.

We make tooling for ceramic

Prototype let customer checking

We make whole sample and send photos for checking.

Drop test
Client will comment on sample photos, once confirm can send samples, we start to make packing and doing drop testing (click to check testing process) to make sure protect product well.

Sending out samples via courier which client confirmed.

Start mass production once prototype confirmed.

Inspection proceed by client before loading.

Logistics
Loading container or arrange air shipment which
